II. Domicile and members of the AG

§ 4

1. The AG's domicile is currently in Hamburg.

2. Court of jurisdiction is Hamburg's court of first instance.

§ 5

1. Every natural person can become memeber of the AG, if he applies for admittance as a member in written form to the executive committee.

2. However, the application for admittance has to be supported in written form by two members of the AG.

3. The Executive Committee decides on the candidate's admittance.

§ 6

1. If the Executive Committee regards the candidate as inappropriate for the admittance as a member, or if the application for admittance does not correspond to the form required in § 5, the candidate has to be informed.

2. Against the refusal of the application of admittance, it is approvable to appeal to the next General Assembly for decision.

3. That General Assembly will finnaly decide on the application of admittance.

§ 7

1. Every member has to pay annual contribution.

2. The amount of the contribution is constituted for one period by every ordinary General Assembly for one period.

§ 8

1. The membership ceases, if the payment of contribution is omitted for over two years.

2. However, the Executive Committee can make an exception to this determination if there are particular excusatory circumstances.

3. Under the same preconditions, the Executive Committee can exempt delinquent payment.

§ 9

1. The membership ceases on the death, the withdrawal or the exclusion of a member.

2. If a member declares his withdrawal, his rights and duties decease at the end of the current year.

3. In extraordinary cases, a member can be suspended by resolution of the General Assembly.
